ADMINISTRATION CHURCH FLOWER CARETAKERS Members of this group water and care for cut flowers and plants in Church and see to it that flowers are provided for feast days and special occasions. CLEANING ANGELS This group gets together one Saturday a month to vacuum, dust, polish and make the Church shine. Cleaning begins after the 7:30 AM Mass. HOME AND SCHOOL ASSOCIATION Membership in the Home and School Association is open to all parents and/or guardians of children attending St. Joan of Arc School. The Association promotes the advancement of Catholic education and the welfare of al students, keeps parents informed of school activities, and gives financial aid to the school through fundraisers. PARISH FAIR Always the last weekend in April, the fair provides an opportunity for fellowship and stewardship. Funds raised from the fair go to capital improvements of the campus. All parishioners are encouraged to share their time and talent. Opportunities are available to chair or work in: food, games, prizes, auction, entertainment, raffle and publicity committees. THE PASTORAL COUNCIL This is the advisory council to the Pastor for policy-making. It is the vehicle by which parishioners can give expression to their gifts of the Spirit, knowledge and experience for the purpose of accomplishing the mission of the Church. Nine members are elected. One adult may be appointed by the Pastor.
